Great learning tool for quick recognition and very addicting!

It would be great to see wrong guesses next to the right answers, so we can see the differences.

Great game, Im having tons of fun, but Im getting pretty tired of the word "fargo." Any chance of introducing a setting to change that in the future? Otherwise, excellent idea, excellent execution. Two ascenders up.

Great way to really get to know type!!

Cool idea but the game gets old fast because it only provides one word (Fargo) to learn all the fonts. I dont feel like Im learning much because I cant see what other words would look like in each font.

What a great way to learn fonts! With a beautiful interface, no crashes to date, and a huge library of fonts, this will keep the font-lover in a stupor for days on end! Update: the dev is easily the most approachable and quick-responding dev ever! Perfect service, and it looks like new and better things are coming!

The idea is good and the interface is nicely designed, but I thought there would be a bit more curation in the typeface chosen to be tested on. If this is suppose to be for designers, then it should be legit, well designed typefaces that should be used, not poorly crafted, decorative typefaces that no one should ever use or have to identify.

As a graphic designer, this is a great game to keep me focused on the several different fonts. The terminology is great and I use it as a lesson to know the different parts of a typeface. However.... 1) There is a bug that crashes the app after I changed the settings. Its forever stuck at extremely difficult. Even if I leave that alone, I cant even switch on the highlight answer option because it will also crash the app. Please fix this! 2) I wish there wasnt a lot of decorative fonts in the game. Sure, theyre nice but Im not going to use them for every project. I hope there are some more variety. Hope this review helps to anyone reading it.

This would be a five-star rating, but the app crashes when I hit the "Back" button after changing the difficulty. This makes it impossible to confirm the difficulty changes and therefore the game gets very boring and predictable.

Lets hope the bug is fixed soon. I cant suggest this app until the settings bug is fixed.

Same Settings problem here. It would be a great exercise and Id recommend it to all design students if only I could change the settings without it crashing. After some hunting, I found you can change the difficulty under your iPhone Settings. Word variations would be nice so we can get the full alphabet.

App crashes when settings are adjusted. Please fix!!!!

The developer knows about the settings crash, and even has a crash log to work with, but cant be bothered to issue an update for what would surely be a simple fix. There is no reason to buy an app from some guys who dont care to put the slightest effort into helping their customers, especially when the App Store is full of so many developers who do care . Pass on this app. Oh, and add a word other than "fargo".

The app crashes every time I try to change the difficulty level.

It seems that writing the settings file causes the game to crash every time. Any chance we could get an update?

Am I the only one where switching the difficulty crashes the game? Otherwise, Im testing my Adv Type students using this, starting tomorrow.

Fun way to practice font recognition. This game, combined with Wikipedia, has brought my typography awareness up dramatically in just a few days. However, the app does crash on non-game related screens (settings & favorites), and Id love both more words and the additional games available on the iPad. (In-app purchase? Id pay.)

This app is good but buggy. Every time I go into settings then tap back, the app completely closes!! They need to fix this!!
